The Health Research Board acquired Brambles catering service for a relatively small but very high-level buffet of 45 pan-European guests in Dublin Castle in September 2011.
I wish to congratulate Maeve Reid and all her team on their professionalism and commitment to detail, and to express my complete satisfaction with their whole service. Pre-event preparations with Brambles were both professional and enjoyable and their ability to accommodate changes, make recommendations and adapt the menus accordingly were first class.
Brambles were also the most reasonably priced of several competitors for this contract. The food on the day was superb, in presentation and especially in quality. Service was immaculate and always very accommodating and polite.
I would have no hesitation in using Brambles for future events and am recommending them to others in this regard.

Just a short note to convey the thanks of all the Citrix staff and their families that attended our day out in the zoo last week end.
Over 100 adults and children attended and the day ran seamlessly, from the efficient group entry, to the use of Haughton House as a base, the excellent buffet lunch, and the face painting for the kids. All in all, a perfect family day out and a lot of very happy kids and adults going home.

Dear Sir/Madam,
I visited the National Museum of Ireland in the Collins Barracks on Wed 15th Sept. This was my first time to visit this particular museum. After wandering around the interesting exhibits for quite a while, I needed to sit and have sustenance. So I crossed the courtyard to the café. I must say I rather enjoyed my repast and the surroundings were clean and repeatedly kept clean.
The staff were friendly and helpful and quiet. You might wonder at the last point of being ‘quiet’. Many cafes and restaurants I have previously visited were quite noisy with clattering of crockery and cutlery. So, thank you for a lovely healthy and peaceful visit to your Brambles branch in the Collins Barracks Museum.
